This is a relaxing treatment that can be done anywhere on the body and uses personal touch and massage with warm stones. The heat produced on the skin surface will be carried down to the deeper layers by the blood. The longer the application of warm stones on the body, the deeper the penetration to the muscle tissue and joints.

Back massage using hot stones on tension areas. Then finish by lying on your front relaxing for a while with the hot stones and crystals working to re-balance your chakras.
